Return & Refund Policy

At The Football Vault, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when the last item in the order is delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return request through our online store or contact us at info@thefootballvaultcy.com.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Return Condition

You may inspect and try on an item as you reasonably would in a physical shop.

Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

Where an item was supplied with original tags, packaging or other accompanying materials, please return these with the item where possible.

Vintage and Pre-Owned Items

Many products sold by The Football Vault are vintage, pre-owned or collectible football shirts.

Because of their age and previous use, these items may show signs of wear. We aim to clearly describe and photograph the condition of each item, including any significant defects or imperfections known to us.

A characteristic, sign of wear or defect that was clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs before purchase will not, by itself, mean that the item is faulty or not as described.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Return Shipping

For returns made because you have changed your mind under the 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the item to us.

Please use a secure shipping method. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Please contact us or submit a return request before sending an item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Incorrect, Faulty or Not-as-Described Items

If you receive the wrong item, or believe that an item is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us at info@thefootballvaultcy.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Where an item does not conform to the contract, your applicable statutory consumer rights will apply. Where we are responsible for a qualifying faulty, incorrect or non-conforming item, you will not be required to bear return costs that applicable law requires us to cover.

Refunds

Once a return has been received, we will inspect the item and process the applicable refund.

For a valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled through the cancellation option available through our store.

If an order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery. Once received, you may exercise your applicable return or withdrawal rights as described above.

Exchanges

Because many of our football shirts are individual or one-off items, we cannot guarantee that the same product will be available in another size or condition.
