1. Our Store

The Football Vault is an independent retailer of football shirts and related football merchandise.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

You must provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products

We aim to describe and photograph every product as accurately as reasonably possible.

Our inventory may include new, pre-owned, vintage and collectible football shirts. Unless otherwise stated, many items are individual pieces and may not be replaceable with an identical item.

The condition of each product will be described on its product page. Where reasonably identifiable, significant signs of wear, defects or imperfections will be disclosed through the description and/or photographs.

Due to the nature and age of vintage and pre-owned items, minor signs of previous use or age may be present.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting and display settings.

3. Sizing and Measurements

Where measurements are provided, they are taken manually and are intended to help customers assess the fit of an item.

Measurements may vary slightly due to the method of measurement. Any stated measurement tolerance will be identified on the relevant product page or measurement information provided by us.

Customers should review the measurements and product information before purchasing, particularly for vintage shirts, as sizing may differ between manufacturers, countries and production periods.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or right of withdrawal where applicable.

4. Authenticity and Product Information

The Football Vault takes reasonable steps to assess the authenticity and accurately describe the characteristics of products offered for sale.

Where applicable, product information may include manufacturer details, product codes, labels, construction details, condition information and other relevant characteristics.

Any reference to a football club, national team, manufacturer, competition, player or other third-party trademark is used solely to identify or describe the relevant product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Football Vault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or officially endorsed by any football club, national team, player, governing body or sportswear manufacturer.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Applicable taxes will be handled and displayed as required by law.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Where international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges, relevant information will be provided where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment service providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed on our website and/or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree to a specific guaranteed delivery date.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Our store allows cancellation requests before an item has been fulfilled.
