Delivery Address

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been lost during delivery, please contact us at info@thefootballvaultcy.com so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

If your parcel or item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number together with photographs of the packaging and/or item where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
